There are some decent, inexpensive restaurants nearby, and the beds and rooms were comfortable. The room also had a kettle, plus an iron and ironing board. The water never got fully hot, though, and I missed having a full-length mirror. There was a cooktop and microwave, but no bowls or cutlery, which seemed odd. We were only there briefly, so we didn't use the washing machine. The hotel offers a free DiDi ride from the airport, but the message came at the last minute and we couldn't use it.

They provide free taxis to the airport, and breakfast has plenty of choice, though there aren't many straightforward protein options. The executive lounge runs from 15:00-22:00. Staff can speak English, and the rooms and facilities were what I expected.

A good choice for an airport stay. The rooms were kept up well and had the equipment I needed, and there were places to eat nearby. The staff were pleasant too.

It was quiet here since the hotel isn't right by the main road. The breakfast had a good range and felt fair for the room price. It's a premium hotel near the airport and Hangkong road, with professional, well-managed service that gave it a personal feel.

The taxi ride should have taken about 15 minutes, but it ended up taking around 45 because I don't speak Mandarin and the driver didn't speak English. The hotel says it has an airport shuttle, but there isn't one. Instead, they direct you to a DiDi or taxi. I was using an eSIM, so I couldn't call them, and for the taxi I could only use cash or Alipay. Converting cash at the airport cost me over 22%. I showed the hotel the receipt and asked them to reimburse the 60 RMB commission I paid to get taxi cash, but they refused. Advertising a shuttle when they don't provide one isn't acceptable.
