The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the amenities were good quality, and the hotel was well maintained, though parts could use renovation. We also appreciated how close it is to the newly opened Dayun Tiandi (Dayun Tiandi). The restaurants were a real plus. The buffet changed things up from day to day, which was nice for a longer stay, and the Chinese restaurant's food was lovely. If you skip the buffet breakfast, I'd recommend trying the Chinese restaurant's all-you-can-eat-and-drink (all-you-can-eat-and-drink) menu. We stayed three days and never heard the noise we had worried about when booking. At check-in, Daisy Guo explained that one side of the room might be noisier than the other and let us choose. There were also two pairs of 3M soundproof earplugs in the room. Daisy was friendly and helpful throughout. We were disappointed to find out that swimming caps were required at the pool. The pool also felt too deep for us, but the female staff member who helped was very attentive and tried hard to make us comfortable. She hadn't done anything wrong. One front desk employee was rather cold and unhelpful when I asked about a delivery, just saying parcels would be left on a table by the entrance. Sear Lin from the concierge was the opposite. He offered help without being asked and stayed helpful while we dealt with the delivery order. We enjoyed our stay.

I spent four nights here on a business trip and had a very nice stay. It's a luxury hotel with everything I needed. There's a nice pool and gym, and credit cards are widely accepted for rooms, restaurants, and bars.

Construction outside can be noisy now and then. The place is decent, with a nice lounge and a good breakfast spread. Dinner was decent too.

The breakfast is huge and really good, enough to fill you up so much you could skip lunch. The rooms are clean, spacious, and tidy, and the gym is clean with a good range of equipment, though I think there's still room to improve it. Staff are proactive and usually greet you with a smile. Most know a lot about tourism and can explain how to get from one place to another when you ask. The hotel also works well for a short, informal meeting with suppliers or clients because the setting feels comfortable for that. It's an international four-star hotel, but compared with many others, especially in China, I think this particular place is a gem and feels like five-star standard.
