The buffet on the 27th floor was a highlight, with plenty of quality dishes and a particularly good dessert selection. There was lots to choose from for different tastes, and it felt like good value. The hotel also has generous space to relax. Getting around is easy: Shenzhen Bay Border Checkpoint is only a few minutes away, and you can take a taxi, the metro, or bus M409.

We picked ADEN on a last-minute whim for a getaway as a couple and had a pretty good stay. The room, lobby, and restaurants all felt new and comfortable, and the hotel sits in a quieter area. DiDi rides to different places took under 10 minutes. The staff also noticed my Trip.com booking note asking for a room away from the elevator and corner, which I appreciated. We ran out of time to try the spa, so maybe next visit.

The staff were great and even helped me get my Alipay sorted. The rooms felt new and modern, and robots brought room service. A good spot if you're looking to stay near seaworld Shenzhen.
