I came here with my girlfriend, but they gave us just one room key, saying they didn't have enough card keys. If I went out on my own, the person staying in the room couldn't use the lights or electricity. That makes no sense. Given Chinese incomes, this hotel isn't cheap, yet the service was like this. Nobody spoke English, though maybe that's understandable. It was my worst experience in Shenzhen. I'm a smoker and my girlfriend isn't, so I asked for a spare key. I sarcastically asked if I could smoke in the room if they couldn't give me one, and they said yes. So this doesn't really seem like a smoke-free hotel. Such a stupid policy. At least I got a sense of the Chinese standard.

The place is pretty small and doesn't look as nice as it does in the booking site photos. On top of that, karaoke noise goes on all night.

There are plenty of shops around, and getting around is easy, with Huanggang Station and Futian Station nearby. The hotel is in Shuiwei, Futian District, Shenzhen, so it feels peaceful while still being convenient. Rooms are clean and well equipped, and the prices are reasonable, dropping later at night.
