The room had a washing machine, which was handy for doing laundry during the stay. The hotel is in a decent spot inside Software Industrial Base, and it's a comfortable, budget-friendly place. It's in the 21st to 28th floors of a converted apartment building shared with M Hotel and T STAR service apartment, so the layout feels unusual. The decor is new, though the quality is poor. There was construction next door, with noise that could go on all day. The WiFi was slow and unreliable, around 3Mbps down and 4Mbps up. Since the TV uses WiFi, it sometimes froze while loading. To save space, the TV is at the foot of the bed, so watching it means sitting on the bed. There isn't a restaurant in the hotel, so breakfast is at a public restaurant on the 8th floor.

The staff were very helpful, and there are some good restaurants in the same building. The hotel itself was clean and modern, with nice views of the nearby skyscrapers. Breakfast, though, was quite average.

The location is good, and things look fine at first, but the room smelled really bad. No one at reception spoke English, not even basic words, and there was no English information about connecting to Wi-Fi or using the TV. It might be an okay hotel if you speak Chinese, but it wasn't much good for foreigners.

I booked the most expensive room, but it still felt a bit small. The building isn't very new and seems to have been designed as apartments rather than a hotel.
