The washroom was disgusting and smelled like an open drain. My room was dank and awful, with rising damp on the walls, loose light fittings, and skirting boards coming away from the wall, probably because of the damp. Worst of all, it felt extremely unsafe: the window was badly cracked and held together with tape. Shenzhen is a great city with plenty of better places to stay. Do not use this hotel!

The rooms were clean and spacious for a reasonable price. Some staff spoke English and were polite. From Exit A at Lingzhi Metro Station, it was about a five-minute taxi ride.

The price was acceptable, but the room wasn't clean. I looked under the bed and found it filthy. The hotel is far from central Shenzhen, and Lingzhi Subway Station is about a 15-minute walk away.

The picture doesn't seem to show the place. I walked past without noticing it because the building has a much bigger Chinese name, while the words Green Oasis are in tiny letters. It didn't look good from outside, so I didn't book and just walked away.

The surrounding area is good, with two good parks and one superb mall. The room was just average, and the staff don't know English. Maybe it's good for a couple of days, but only that.
