Hanting Hotel Shenzhen Huaqiangbei Science Museum Metro Station

Getting around was easy with a couple of metro stations within a 10-minute walk, though we preferred ordering cars through the Didi app since it was convenient and fairly inexpensive. The location also worked well for the electronics malls like SEG, plenty of eateries, Walmart about a 10-minute walk away, and DianDuoDe, the well-known dim sum chain also called Dim Dou Dak in Cantonese. We had a good weekend stay. The hotel has a Japanese zen look, and the room was a good size with comfortable beds and a Japanese-style toilet. There's a pillow menu too, including softer or firmer choices like buckwheat pillows. Breakfast was included, with a large spread that was much the same over the days, plus chefs who could make beef or wonton noodles to order. There was no mini fridge or safe in the room. They did provide drinking water, and more was available at the lift lobby or reception. Laundry machines are on the 22nd floor. Outside customers can also visit that floor to dress up in period costumes and take photos.
