Hanting Seasons Hotel

The hotel’s location made it easy to get around Shenzhen. Hubei Metro Station is a short walk away, and popular shopping streets are nearby. The place is modern, clean, and well looked after, with handy self-service facilities. Ms. Li, the guest services supervisor, was especially friendly and patient, and ready to help whenever I needed something. Breakfast had a wide range of tasty buffet choices, and the free self-service laundry is useful for a longer stay. I had a fantastic experience here and would recommend it for business or leisure.

My room faced the construction, but the noise didn’t bother me. They provided earplugs and a note explaining the work. The room was clean, and the staff were polite and helpful. Check-in was smooth, and the location is great. At Hubei Station on the purple Line 5, use the elevator near Exit F. From Lo Wu, take the green Line 1 to Grand Theatre, then change to the purple Line 5.

The location worked really well for me. Dongmen Market is less than a 10-minute walk away, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. The Luohu area feels a bit old, but the hotel itself is still fairly new and well maintained. I got a free coffee coupon at check-in. The room controls work by voice or on the tablet, and you have to say “Xiao Jun” Xiao Jun to turn on the air conditioner. Breakfast was tasty and worth the price, with a decent but not huge selection. Check-out was quick, and handing back the key card was easy.

We stayed two nights as a couple. The hotel costs a bit more than others in Shenzhen, but I thought it was worth it. It’s close to the train station and halal restaurants, and there’s a good coffee shop in reception. The rooms are high-tech, clean, and comfortable, with good bathrooms and bidets. Customer service was friendly. Breakfast was good enough, though there weren’t many halal or vegetarian choices.
