Hard Rock Hotel Shenzhen Hotel

Our first visit to a Hard Rock Hotel was fantastic. The front desk team, Diana and Kay, kindly lent us a guitar and amp for our room, and helped arrange a lovely room upgrade for our family. They were thoughtful and caring, especially since we were traveling with two little ones. Thanks to both of them. I’d recommend this place for a fun family getaway!

There’s a mall across from the hotel, which is nice, and our room even had a bathtub. The location is a bit far from the activities we wanted to do, so plan to spend time around the area. There’s also a pool on the 26/F floor. It was a great stay, and I’ll definitely come back. :)

The rooms are nice, the views are great, and there’s good shopping and entertainment nearby. The area also felt very safe to walk around alone, even at night. I wish I’d had time to play golf. The staff really came through when I slipped and landed on my elbow. At first I didn’t think much of it, but when I got up and saw how much I was bleeding, I knew I needed stitches. I went to the lobby for directions to the nearest hospital, and they took responsibility for helping me get care, treating me like a VIP. They cleaned me up with antibiotic solution and gauze, called a taxi, and sent Kenny along with me. He guided me through the hospital and helped me figure out where to go at every step. He even paid the costs upfront to make things easier, and I paid him back afterward. It was about $70 USD for the ER visit, including x-rays, which was an awesome price. I’m writing this a couple of days after getting home, and the wound is healing well. The team also extended my checkout, so I could make it back to my scheduled meetings without missing a beat. This was my first stay at a Hard Rock Hotel, and the staff exceeded my expectations. I’ll look for their hotels around the world, and if I get the chance to return here, this is 100% where I’ll stay. I bought a pin and some clothes, and I’m looking forward to starting my first pin collection.

MH Mall is right across from the hotel, which made it easy to shop and eat out. The rooms were clean and kept spotless each day by housekeeping, and breakfast was fresh, tasty, and offered a good variety. The amenities were excellent, too. The service team was quick to respond and always willing to help, which made the stay comfortable and hassle-free. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend the hotel.
