Hilton Garden Inn Shenzhen Airport

Our room was larger than I expected, and it was clean. Housekeeping did a good job. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful too. There’s a 7-11 right beside the main entrance, two shopping malls nearby, and the subway is about a 10-minute walk away.

The hotel seems fairly new, and the room was clean and nice. The A/C wasn’t very cool, though, even with the temperature set as low as it would go and the fan at full blast.

The restaurant, "Huahuiwei Restaurant", became one of the highlights of my stays at Hilton Garden Inn Shenzhen Airport. I really enjoyed the food, and the staff there were attentive, friendly, and helpful. The cozy setting made it easy to relax and enjoy each meal. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and carefully arranged, thanks to the housekeeping team and everyone who looks after the hotel. The reception staff are welcoming and professional too, with efficient check-in and a willingness to help with requests. That kind of care makes the place feel like a second home and somewhere I want to return to. I’m especially grateful to David and Cassie Huang. David is a great manager who makes time for guests and handles issues promptly and with care. Cassie Huang is attentive and dedicated, and both of them impress me with their professionalism and attention to detail. People like them make Hilton Garden Inn Shenzhen Airport special. The whole team provides a high level of service and comfort, and I appreciate the hotel management for creating such a welcoming atmosphere and bringing in people like David and Cassie Huang. The rooms are roomy and have a nice modern design. I ordered a burger through room service and it was surprisingly good. Just be patient, since the staff don’t speak much English.
