The room was big, and the hotel’s facilities were clean and new. It’s a very nice, new hotel near KingGlory plaza and MixC shopping mall, where there are lots of dining options. We walked there from Louhu station.

I don’t often leave bad reviews, but I had to mention these issues. The location is convenient, about 1 km from the Luohu boundary crossing and easy to reach on foot. The hotel seems to have been refurbished recently. I was promised an upgrade to a high floor city view room in an email, but at check-in we got a room looking out onto local residents’ rooftops instead. At check-in, the staff didn’t ask whether I wanted the free breakfast as a Gold member or extra points. That caused trouble the next day when I tried to sign in for breakfast. One of our room keys also didn’t work, so I had to go back downstairs to have it fixed. Then, at 2 am on the first night, someone opened our door and came into the room, saying it was for “maintenance.” We were asleep and found this very strange and rude. Keep these things in mind if you decide to stay here.
