The staff did a great job managing all the people coming in, and there are robots running around too. Breakfast was excellent, with the kind of selection I wish you could get in the US. Great hotel and an absolutely great staff.

My sister and I spent four nights here. The reception team, including Miffy (Shao Mi）, gave fantastic service, within hotel policy and their remit, and even went beyond that. They also helped me speak with a local courier to resolve some issues with a purchase I’d made.

Many thanks to Ms Zeno Zoey at reception for making check-in quick, easy, and comfortable. The hotel is very nice and clean, right in the heart of the city. Highly recommended when you’re in Shenzen.

I hate leaving a bad review, but this was the worst experience I’ve had. I checked in early and paid an extra 460¥ without complaint, but ended up in the dirtiest room. There was an eye patch on the wall, mold everywhere, and two plugs didn’t work.

The hotel is in the LUOHU area, about 45 minutes from Shenzhen airport. There’s a mall across the road for food, desserts, and groceries. The room was clean, pretty new, and decently nice, and the hotel serves a decent breakfast with a good variety, including Luckin office. Staff were friendly and helpful too.
