Breakfast was simple but decent. The room and lobby carpets were disgusting and made a bad first impression. Some parts of the room looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while, especially the corners. The tray with the vanity items and other kits was sticky and dirty too. The sink is in the bedroom rather than the bathroom, and the staff spoke no English, so they had to use a phone translator. A very poor standard for a Hilton hotel.

The English-speaking staff member was really helpful and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable, but he was only there during the day. It would be nice to have someone similarly helpful on the night shift too.
