The location was a highlight for us. We could walk to attractions like Window of the World and to an upscale mall. The hotel also made things easy for our family, providing a cute toiletry kit for each of our three children. Staff across the hotel were helpful, from the cleaners and restaurant team to the front desk. Elaine was especially efficient and arranged an extra room for us even though we'd originally booked just one. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Indigo over Easter break. Holis greeted us and helped with our bags, then arranged taxis after our long, chaotic train trip from Hong Kong to the Lok Ma Chau border. The customer service team was always ready to help, and the staff's English made communication easy. The gym was a real highlight, with advanced equipment that put many hotel gyms to shame, and I worked out every day. The indoor pool was amazing too. I only wish the door to the outdoors had been open. We could get to Happy Valley Amusement Park and Windows of the World without needing transport. The facilities were top-notch, and we had a wonderful experience. I'll definitely return to Shenzhen and stay at Hotel Indigo again.

Breakfast was tasty, though there weren't many Western choices. The porters were pleasant and efficient, and I had no serious complaints. As our first stay at a hotel in Mainland China, this was a pleasant surprise. The room was spacious, the bathrooms well equipped and accommodating, and the whole experience surpassed what we expected. Everything was clean, well lit, and tastefully decorated, with staff who clearly tried to please. I'd stay here again.

The restaurant worked well for all three meals, and the pool stays open with a lifeguard until 11 pm. The hotel looks great, with Venetian-style decor and gondolas, like a smaller take on the Venetian in Las Vegas. It feels newer and cleaner, too. Well worth checking out.

The room was fantastic, with plenty of natural light and a sensible layout, and the pools are big. I like the Hotel Indigo branding, and this Venetian-themed property has the quirky feel I'd expect from most Hotel Indigos. A room facing the main road would be rough for a light sleeper because of all the honking and traffic noise. Service was uneven, and the front desk wasn't proficient in English. The gym is large, though the flow is somehow off. The busy neighborhood makes it easy to find a meal or get to a mall, but it also gets noisy.
