The two elevators can make getting around a hassle, especially at busy times when you have to change lifts. The shower setup also falls short on finish and water pressure compared with the quality of the rooms. Still, the location is hard to beat if you’re visiting Huaqiangbei Electronics Market. The rooms are large for the area, and the comfortable beds made it easier to rest after long days. Most rooms sit above the 25th floor, with broad city views over Shenzhen’s dense, youthful workforce. This is a practical, well-placed hotel that delivers on convenience, though the overall experience lacks the smooth refinement of truly high-end hospitality.

We should’ve stayed longer. For a cheap price, the hotel felt incredibly luxurious. Our room was huge, with an amazing city view, every toiletry we could think of, and a new Laifen hairdryer. The curtains opened automatically, and there were free snacks and fresh drinks at reception. You can even order food and have a robot bring it to your room. The glass elevator up to the 23rd floor was fun for photos and videos. I also loved the free late snack for guests. It uses what was left from the dinner buffet, with fresh greens and noodles available too, and a chef makes soup for you. A nice way to avoid wasting food, and a free snack for us. Highly recommend 🤩

The rooms are neat and clean whenever we get back, and the metro is very convenient, right by the IT hub. Thanks to Ms Xiao Feng Staff no. 4403 for being so prompt and getting our rooms refreshed for the stay. Thank you!

The staff were the best part for me, especially duty manager Daphne, who was really helpful and supportive. The rooms are large, clean, and very good, and the location is just right. Amazing place to stay. I’ll always stay here when I’m in Shenzhen.

The hotel sits right above the metro, with a basement food street nearby. We had a great stay, and the service was very good. Breakfast buffet, tea time, and supper are included, so it’s good value. Rooms are spacious and modern, with an easy-to-use shower and smart lights, plus a great view. The mattress was a bit hard, though the pillows were soft and comfortable. On two occasions Didi seemed to have trouble finding the hotel lobby. I’d stay here again if I visit shenzhen.
