The buffet breakfast was good, and there’s free self-service laundry. The room was clean and spacious, and felt more luxurious than the typical North American Hilton Garden Inn. Service was courteous, like at some four-star hotels. Good value for the money.
2/10
The room’s Wi-Fi wouldn’t let me log in, and they said there were no guests. At check-in, there was only half a roll of toilet paper, and the broken floor was easy to trip on. The location was very inconvenient. I’d insisted on staying here for a business trip instead of choosing a nearby hotel, and it turned out to be the worst Hilton experience I’ve had. The front desk staff seemed inexperienced: they gave a room key to the whole family. The bespectacled male receptionist on duty at 9 PM on the 27th was arrogant and badly needed retraining in service attitude.
8/10
There’s construction nearby, so it may be a little noisy. The room itself was clean, and the hotel is new. At just over 500 for the room, I thought it was good value.
8/10
There’s quite a bit of construction noise nearby. (November 2023) The room was spacious and clean, and there were three complimentary drinks each day, cola, green tea, and sparkling water, in addition to water. The company is in the science and technology complex, an easy walk away.
