Kempinski Hotel Shenzhen

The front desk team made check-in and checkout smooth with courteous, efficient service. They were especially helpful when I needed to track online orders and sort out a problem with an ecommerce site. The room was a comfortable size, and the location made nearby markets and attractions easy to reach. It all made for a pleasant, convenient stay, and I’d recommend the hotel.

The room was a comfortable size, and the hotel is in an accessible area with malls nearby. The service really stood out when our child left a comfort toy behind at checkout. AM Vera helped locate it, AM Lydia coordinated with the concierge team, and Luke Zeng patiently arranged a courier for us. They rescued our holiday memories and gave us a happy ending. We stayed seven nights for business, and the suite worked well, with a separate bedroom and living room. Across the street there are plenty of local food options and malls, and the location is really nice. The room faces the road, though, so we could still hear cars honking at night. It’s a great hotel, and I’d definitely come back.

There’s a nice park across the street, reached through a tunnel under the road, and the hotel also has a good breakfast buffet. It’s convenient for two subway stations. The internet was unstable, although I found that pretty common at the places I visited on this trip. Nice hotel.
