LIA Hotel (Shenzhen Qianhai Baoan Center Fanshen Subway Station)

The room was nice to stay in, and the service was nice as well. Good value for the price.

A cool place to stay.

I stayed at LIYAL Hotel (Shenzhen Qianhai Bao'an Center Fanshen Metro Station Branch) in Shenzhen's Bao'an District. It was RM$328 for the Decompression Garden View King Room with Giant Screen Projector on a weekend, under RM350. The hotel is on the second floor of Building 10, Haibin Plaza, No. 147 Fanshen Road, Haifu Community, Xin'an Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. Fanshen Station on Metro Line 5 is nearby, Exit 0, and the walk to Fanshen MRT station is about 8 minutes. The room felt roomy at around 30 square meters, with recessed lighting and a large window for natural light. Its cement-gray, minimalist industrial look mixes warm and cool tones, with quiet, somewhat dim lighting. The bed is about 1.8 meters wide. There's a separate shower area, with a shower column or overhead shower to choose from. A complimentary mini bar and bottled water are provided, and the room also has a desk, sofa and wardrobe. The smart setup includes cardless power access and a voice assistant that controls devices, the projector and curtains. The 100-inch projector and ambient light rejecting screen make it easy to turn the room into a private cinema. One Avenue, Haiya Shopping Mall and Rainbow Department Store are close by, as is the popular 100-meter-long LeFan Night Market. The location is convenient and the room offers good value.

The smart room was spectacular and really comfortable, especially for such a reasonable price. We couldn't understand each other, but they still made everything easy for us. I'd definitely stay here again if I return to Shenzhen.
