The bed was clean, but the bathroom, floor and furniture were dirty. My room had only a tiny window, though the price was reasonable.

I only booked a night for my first Shenzhen trip because the hotel was near the port, but I liked it enough to extend my stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a projector, and the lobby and rooms looked stylish. The receptionist was kind, check-in time was handled flexibly, and laundry was free. There are convenience stores nearby too. I had a fun trip and would stay here again if I return to Shenzhen.

The reception team made the biggest impression on me. They were lovely, friendly, hospitable, and quick to help whenever I needed something. They were all young people. Thank you to Xian Can, Xiang Dong, and Lian Hotel. I'll definitely visit again on my next Shenzhen trip. It was my first time in China, and I chose this hotel for its central spot in Futian near the Futian subway station. The place is clean and well equipped, and the service is worth the price.
