Longgang Longdong vienna Hotel

I’ve stayed at this Vienna Hotel near Gangtou, Xuegang North Road, Longgang District, Shenzhen more than 20 times, usually for two or three days, so I know the place and its surroundings pretty well. It’s easy to find and public transport is convenient. The building sits on a main road, but a small ditch runs underneath it, so the area isn’t noisy or crowded. There’s plenty nearby: the Tianan Cloud Valley Commercial Center is diagonally opposite, and an amusement park is being built across the street. The neighborhood has homes and industrial parks, along with lots of restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores. The nearby night market is lively and has a range of local food, so eating and shopping are easy. The rooms are clean and tidy, though on the small side with limited space. Parking downstairs is convenient. What stands out most to me is the front desk team. Compared with staff at other Vienna hotels, they’re welcoming and flexible, greet guests politely when they come and go, and try hard to handle requests. That contrasts with the rude or rigid staff I’ve encountered elsewhere. It reflects very good overall management, although some staff members haven’t done as well. I hope the hotel will consider adding more room amenities and offering more booking discounts and promotions.
