LOVE SEA Hotel

The loudest downside is the bar and nightclub area right across the road. It gets noisy at night, and the hotel even leaves earplugs beside the bed. Shopping Park station on Line 1 and Coco Park are about a 10-minute walk away. The hotel feels dated and shows plenty of wear in both the rooms and shared areas. The room is small by Shenzhen standards, though fine for two people over a long weekend. It was generally clean, the shower pressure was okay, the bed quite firm and the pillows too soft. Amenities are basic, and the place could use a renovation.

The location is so convenient and I do like the hotel. The rooms are quite nice, but those beds are really hard and disappointing. I’ve seen the same complaint in other visitor reviews, so we’re unimpressed with the mattresses. Fix that and I’ll come back. Ignore it and I’ll suggest we look elsewhere.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and made my family and me feel welcome. There’s a kids corner that made the children’s stay more enjoyable. The hotel was clean and open, and close to the Metro and shopping centers, which was great for a tourist like me. I’ll definitely return and highly recommend it to travelers.

All the staff were lovely, and there’s a nice fitness center. The bathroom was fine and had enough amenities. The bed was comfortable, though I’d have liked more pillow choices. There wasn’t an iron or board in the room, but room service brought one very quickly. The room felt small compared with a standard five-star, and there wasn’t an easy place to store or use a suitcase. It’s a great option in an extremely good spot for exploring Shenzhen, but perhaps not at the level you’d expect from a five-star hotel in the region.
