The room smelled of cigarette smoke, and every morning used towels or sheets were left in the hallway outside our room, on the way to the lift. We reported wastewater leaking through the bathroom wall and into the walkway. The only response was to give us two bath towels to put on the floor, with no other action. Most of the service staff weren’t friendly, and the hotel needs a full renovation.
