Oriental Ginza Garden Hotel

After busy workdays, the garden-themed common areas were a nice, peaceful place to unwind. Service was the hotel's strongest point: the staff were attentive, professional, and quick to respond, and they made us feel valued. The rooms were clean and reasonably comfortable, though the furnishings and decor could use an update. The location worked well for business meetings and had reasonable transport access, but wasn't right next to major attractions. Breakfast had a decent mix of Western and Asian options. The stay was generally pleasant, with reliable comfort and above-average service for a fair price. It's not a luxury experience, but a dependable choice for business travel.

Rooms are large, and breakfast has a wide range of choices. The pool and gym are available too. It's a short walk to the subway.

The staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Julia at reception was especially kind after my booking elsewhere was cancelled and I needed a place to stay. I'm really glad I ended up at the Grand Skylight Garden Hotel.

The breakfast selection was great, though at peak times there were no seats available. The room was clean, but since the hotel is in the heart of the city, keep expectations about room space in check. I had a great experience with the service when I accidentally left my credit card on the lobby checkout counter while paying. The staff reached me and offered to send it by local express post to my next hotel in Shenzhen. Good job! For the local community, this is a five-star hotel.
