Qiyou Capsule Youth Hostel

I had a very frustrating stay in China, and this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, Chinese or international. Right from arrival, things made the stay uncomfortable. The staff had little English, so getting help as an international traveler was extremely difficult. Basic requests were misunderstood or ignored, causing delays. That was surprising for a hotel that says it serves international tourists and business travelers. Service also felt unprofessional. My room wasn’t cleaned well, and requests for fresh towels or toiletries took an unreasonable time. The hotel overall wasn’t clean enough, and the facilities seemed poorly maintained. Food at the restaurant was below average, with limited options that didn’t meet international standards. That was especially disappointing as a business traveler relying on convenience and quality. I can’t recommend it to international tourists or business travelers visiting China. Communication, service, and facilities were all poor, and there are better nearby choices for a more pleasant, hassle-free stay.

It’s easy to get around from this hotel, right in the city center. A very good place to stay, with a convenient location.

The room is spacious and has modern touches, including charging cables and outlets. It’s in a great spot in the electronics hub, where you can find all kinds of electronics, phones, and gadgets.

Really nice surroundings and a good place for a new experience.
