The room was spotless, with a distinctive layout, strong water pressure, and soundproofing that was good enough. The interior design is among the most modern I’ve seen at Renaissance properties. Staff were friendly and spoke English well, and check-in and checkout went smoothly. Breakfast was tasty, with an amazing spread. My stay was short, so I didn’t get to try the other facilities, but I’d come back to check them out, including the lounge.

Breakfast each morning was my favorite part, with lots of choices and a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were incredibly clean, and the staff were kind and professional, greeting guests and readily helping with our questions.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times. It’s a nice five-star hotel with great design and service, though the lifts became a bit of a nuisance on this latest trip. To get to the room, you have to go to the lobby level first, then take another lift down, and the pool doesn’t connect to the rooms. We seemed to be going up and down a lot. It’s a minor gripe, but I noticed it more this time and am not sure I’d stay again.

The restaurant breakfast, hospitality, room, and views were all top notch. I was on the 53rd floor, the highest floor I’ve ever stayed on. Wow, just wow. I had an incredible stay and would definitely come back on my next visit to Shenzhen.

Clean room, good food, helpful service, and a good location. A very good hotel, and I’d recommend Renaissance Shenzhen Bay Hotel for a business trip to ShenZhen.
