The hotel itself is nice inside. The outside looks pretty rough, but the rooms are decent, and I liked the little snack shop by reception. It has more choice than the usual vending machines. Getting the airport shuttle sorted out was a headache. We arrived at Terminal 3 and struggled to work out by phone, using my limited Mandarin, where and when to meet it. We eventually reached the driver. If you're flying into T3, call ahead to tell the hotel when you'll arrive, if you can get through. We were directed to Gate 15, then went down from the second floor to passenger pickup and turned left by a small police booth. Keep straight past it, cross the small road, and you'll find the shuttle parking lot. Check that you board the right Vienna Hotel shuttle, since more than one hotel uses that name. If you have WeChat, adding the hotel as a contact lets you send messages they can translate into Chinese.
