I found the atmosphere pleasant, and the staff were welcoming. The breakfast had plenty of high-quality choices for different tastes. My room was comfortable and spacious, with excellent bedding, and everything was clean. It’s a modern, very nice hotel in Shenzhen that I’d gladly recommend.

The metro station is across the street, and there are restaurants and a 7/11 behind the hotel, so getting around and finding food was easy. My room was clean, and the staff were so lovely and helpful. I’m a foreigner and don’t speak Chinese fluently, but they were always willing to help when I ran into problems. The laundry room is on the 5th floor. It has detergent and fabric softener in the machine, plus an iron and drinking water.
