We spent three days and two nights here on our vacation in Shen Zhen. The room was clean, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. There’s a subway station within walking distance, with night markets and restaurants across the road. A convenient place to stay. They also provided a free supper meal for one day, plus complimentary beer and soft drinks in the room.

The bed was huge and really comfortable, and prices for Futian were fairly competitive. The location worked well for sightseeing and getting the high-speed rail. Staff were very helpful with taxis, keeping our bags after checkout, and even handling some last-minute laundry. Great service. I’d stay here again, thank you 🙏

My room had a great view across the city, and I could watch the light show at night. It was clean and well equipped, with a mini fridge, robes, slippers, and even pajamas. The main issue was smoke getting into the room from adjoining rooms.

There was plenty of room to move around and handle luggage, and supper was included at night. Across the road you’ll find lots of good restaurants and a late-night food market. The hotel is amazing.

The metro is right outside, and it’s only a short walk to the kight market. Good facilities in the room and a nice range at breakfast. Excellent hotel.
