I stayed here for almost two weeks while in Shenzhen. The rooms and service were good, with sheets changed and rooms cleaned every day. The cleaning staff didn’t speak or understand English, but we managed. Breakfast was included and had both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, though there were very few vegetarian meals at nearby places to eat. The reception staff didn’t speak English, so a translation app came in handy. ATMs were close by. Taxis were hard to find, so ask the hotel staff to arrange one or use public transport, which was easy to get and quite cheap.

Although my stay was just two nights, Ms. Zhang Juan kept the room spotless and tidy. It was also large and clean when I arrived. I’m grateful for her diligent work.
