A clean, quiet, new hotel with plenty of restaurants nearby and a Starbucks downstairs. The family room for five cost under RM 900 a night.

Right in the middle of Shuibei jewellery district, and a really nice hotel!

Our room was spacious and nicely decorated, though the air conditioning wasn't working well. It got too warm in the middle of the night, making it hard to sleep comfortably. The hotel is just steps from a lively jewellery hub in China. We accidentally left our charger behind, and the female receptionist kindly found it, put it back in our luggage, and let us know when we came to collect our bags before catching our train to Zhangjiajie. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The male receptionist seemed less attentive, and I felt he could have been more helpful and customer-oriented.
