10/10
The staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They were warm, professional, and happy to help with directions, suggestions, or anything else we needed. That service really added to the stay. Hotel 1034 is right by Shenzhen Technology University (SZTU), which made getting around the university area easy. There was convenient access to local services and transport, so it worked well for both work and leisure. My room was spacious, spotless, and quiet, with a modern but comfortable feel and the amenities I needed. It was a peaceful place to come back to after a busy day, and I slept well. The restaurant was another plus: breakfast offered lots of tasty Asian food and fresh ingredients. Western-style choices were more limited, though I liked the focus on local dishes. I was very happy with my stay and thought the hotel offered good value, comfort, and service in a handy location. I'd gladly stay at Hotel 1034 again on another Shenzhen trip.

The place was very clean, and the cafe's menu had some pretty good quick bites.
