The Deluxe king room was tidy and clean, with a comfortable bed, TV, fridge, sofa that converts into a bed, and the other essentials we needed. The hotel was easy to reach by Shenzhen metro, just a 3-4 minutes walk from the station exit. From there, we could get to main Shenzhen spots like Dong men street and Civic centre, among others. We had a nice stay at the Hampton by Hilton hotel. Happy to leave a review. Thank you.

The service was good, and having laundry facilities was handy. The Peter Roth amenities were a plus, and the AC stayed very cold even though it was winter. The bed wasn't very comfortable, and breakfast didn't taste that good. It's about a 10-minute drive to the Dongmen shopping area, so it's not right in the heart of Dongmen. Still, I had a great stay overall.

I was given a free upgrade to a business suite with a good view, and it was a great room. The rooms are huge, everything in them felt top quality, and the hotel looked brand new. Breakfast had tasty English and Chinese options. The staff greeted me warmly, listened to my requests, and tried their best to help. Mr James, the Hotel Manager, also made sure I was comfortable. I strongly recommend staying here, whether you're Chinese or not.

Nina at the front desk made our first visit to Shenzhen much easier. We didn't know our way around, and she patiently helped with hotel matters as well as sharing useful tips and guidance about the city. She was kind and professional, and made us feel welcome throughout, from check-in to check-out. We had a wonderful stay, and we're very grateful for all her help. She's a real asset to the team.

Dongmen Hilton feels like a home away from home. I love staying there for business or when transiting through HK. The staff are always sincere and helpful.
