The check-in was easy, and breakfast was good. My room was small but cozy, with a comfortable bed and a big TV. The bathroom was clean, the internet worked great, and the view looked out onto city buildings. I’d recommend it.

The breakfast spread was impressive, with lots of tasty options, and my room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with thoughtful details. The staff at Shenzhen Bantian Novotel Hotel were friendly and accommodating, and the customer service made a great impression. My stay was perfect. Thanks for the service, I’d happily recommend the hotel.
