The rooms have been renovated and are clean now, and there’s a subway station nearby, so getting around is convenient. The area used to be noisy and dusty because of major construction, but it’s improved a lot recently.

The restaurant was reasonably clean and the food was decent. Construction outside the entrance went on until 2020 and caused some noise. If you want a quieter stay, you might ask about an inside room that doesn’t face the road.
