The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen

The recently renovated rooms on the lower floors are amazing, and we treated ourselves to club floor access, which I'd highly recommend. The staff made our wonderful couple of nights especially pleasant. Aaron, Kimberley, and Erick on the club floor knew us by name and even remembered which beverages we liked. We also enjoyed a nice conversation over cocktails in the lobby with the General Manager. Mr Jain, you must be proud of your team. They're real standouts in the Ritz Carlton family. I can't recommend this gorgeous hotel enough.

We celebrated our 30th anniversary with a stay at the Ritz Carlton Shenzhen, and it was memorable from the moment we arrived. Our room was elegant, comfortable, and well appointed. The staff were warm, personable, professional, and attentive throughout. Special thanks to Bruce, the on-duty manager, for going the extra mile to make our stay memorable. I'd also like to mention Alex Wang and Austin Cui from the Concierge Team, Mr.Azharul Islam the Bellman, the front desk, food and beverage, and housekeeping teams, Galina Sorokina from Guest Recogniton, and Jennifer Wang, the on-duty manger. We highly recommend the Ritz Carlton Shenzhen and look forward to returning.

Coming back to The Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen after sixteen years brought back the happiness of our wedding day. My wife and I were married here, and returning to the same hotel and room made the stay feel especially familiar and full of memories. Room 2307 had been prepared with towel swans and rose petals on the bed. That small, thoughtful welcome really moved us. I’m grateful to the whole team, especially the front desk, Club Lounge, and room service, for being warm, professional, and caring throughout our visit. Breakfast was a highlight each morning, with an enormous selection and excellent quality. It’s among the best in the country. Thank you for making this return feel so meaningful and for keeping those memories alive.

We keep choosing The Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen when we stay in or near Nanshan. The team’s personal, consistently thoughtful service is a big reason we return. The hotel is well maintained, has a timeless character, and is in a superb spot with everything we need close by. On my recent visit, Dylan at the All Day Dining restaurant made a real impression. He helped me feel at ease and made the meal go smoothly, then greeted me by name the next morning and checked what we needed. It’s that kind of care that keeps bringing us back.
