The bed was the standout for me. It was so comfortable I could fall asleep straight away, and the pillows felt just right. The room was spacious, well kept, and had a distinctive design. Sliding doors open up the bathroom and bedroom into one larger space. Shower pressure was good, and housekeeping replaced the amenities daily. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were polite and courteous. The gym has a wet sauna in the restrooms. It was cold during my visit, so I didn’t use the pool. A really good Shenzhen stay, connected to a mall and less than a minute from the subway.

The room condition didn’t quite feel up to a five-star standard and could use some modernization. Still, the location and especially the service more than made up for it during our three nights at The Westin Nanshan. Mr. Hassan was particularly helpful and professional, and his support made a real difference to me and my family. Thanks to that service, I can genuinely recommend the hotel and would stay again on my next Shenzhen visit.

The bed was amazing. After long meetings in stilettos, it was lovely to rest on those cloud-like sheets. The shower was great too, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I didn’t use the hot tub, as I usually avoid them in hotels. Breakfast was a good buffet with most things covered. I spent a week there on a business trip and found the location very convenient for lots of reasons. The hotel sits above a luxury mall with just about everything, from an Apple Store and car gallery to groceries. There were options from upscale dining to street food, and the metro connection made it easy to explore the whole city.

This is a fairly large hotel in Shenzhen, Province and Guangdong, China, with plenty of facilities. The location is good, and it connects to a nearby mall. Prices and room sizes are reasonable. Staff are courteous, professional, and helpful, and the place is clean. Facilities are well maintained and functional, and public access to the hotel is good.
