What bothered me most was how unhelpful the front desk was when I reported that clothes had gone missing from my room. Housekeeping staff stole clothing, which is unbelievable at any hotel, especially a Hilton. The place also charges extra for everything. Even with the high room price, internet costs extra, and the separate "premium" service is twice as much. Hilton is usually a great chain, but this hotel has really lowered its standards. I wouldn't recommend it. Wudong Int'l Hotel would be a far better alternative. Maybe people there don't steal clothes from your room.

The experience was poor and the staff were unprofessional. They charged us extra for towels they said were "dirty".

That's the best hotel room I've ever seen.

The room was mediocre, with street noise, an unclean bathroom and toilet, and a lingering smell of old cigarettes. Service was disappointing too. Getting ice took 20 minutes through room service, and only after I went downstairs to ask what was going on. The manager I was speaking with walked away halfway through, so I couldn't even ask for an update. When I asked another staff member about sending feedback to the General Manager, she said I had to wait for the original front desk manager to return. It felt as though they didn't want that person to know how bad the service was. In the end, they put just a few ice cubes in my glass. Disappointing for an American chain.
