We stayed in Building 5 on June 1st and 2nd, 2017. It's quite far away, and it was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was 27-28 degrees Celsius, so what was the air conditioner even doing? There was nowhere to put our luggage, and the bathroom didn't have hooks for towels or clothes. The bathtub was huge, but its faucet stuck out and got in the way, making it easy to kick your foot against it. For two people, they left just one bottle of shower gel and one of shampoo, and bottled water cost extra. Are they unable to afford it? What kind of five-star hotel is this, and who booked a place like this?

The air conditioning didn't work properly, and checkout took incredibly long. The staff had the room key but still tried to get money from the guest.

I really love eating here.
