The front desk staff could have been more helpful and friendly. I did appreciate the free water, though, and I’m sure other guests do too. It’s not especially close to attractions, so I’d say it suits business travelers better. Still, it’s one of the better hotels I stayed at on this trip, rather near the lake, with a clean, functional room and a mall across the road.

My room was okay and breakfast wasn’t bad, but the coffee tasted bad. The bigger concern was the smoking. Despite being labeled non-smoking, there were floor-standing ashtrays with trash near the elevator, and cigarette smell filled the corridors. The receptionists seemed in a hurry and didn’t handle things very well. When copying our passports, they folded mine and my family’s passports.

This is good value for money, with great service. It’s not especially luxurious, but it sits beside subway line #1 and has a couple of typical malls around it. Breakfast is an ordinary spread, but complete, including a noodle station.

The room was super clean, and there’s a Family Mart convenience store right next to the building. I loved the robot, it felt like another hotel staff member and was so cute 😀😀😀. The reception staff couldn’t speak English, but Google Translate worked okay for us.
