The staff were friendly and breakfast was okay, nothing special. But after six days I had to ask before the bed linen was changed, and my whole body itched. The bathroom drain stank up the entire room. This doesn't feel like a four-star hotel, three stars would fit better.

The Drink Desk service was the best part of the hotel, really good. The rooms are okay and nice, though some are noisy because they're close to machines. The restaurant needs a lot of work: the food isn't good and there's little choice. Worst of all, the restaurant staff had a very poor attitude and offered no service. They seemed more interested in phone games or chatting.

You can walk along the water on a pleasant path, and there are restaurants close by. The grounds sit right beside it. The hotel itself is brand new, with a nice feel, in-room kitchens, and a good breakfast buffet. Services are basic.
