Even Suzhou Grand Canal

Mr. Ben Fu was especially kind to me and my friends throughout our stay, which really impressed me. It was my first time in Suzhou, and I had a nice experience here. The rooms were large and clean, and getting deliveries and transportation was easy. The staff were nice too.

The location makes it easy to take comfortable walks by the canal, whether in the morning or evening, and it's close to Suzhou's old city and scenic canal area. EVEN Hotel Suzhou Ancient Canal also has bright, clean guest rooms with exercise equipment and space for stretching, in keeping with the EVEN brand's focus on "Wellness in Travel." Service is efficient and well-paced, while the public areas work for both business and leisure. It stands out in Suzhou as a boutique lifestyle hotel that brings healthy routines together with urban culture.

The breakfast is acceptable, though the restaurant doesn't offer much variety. My room was spacious and had useful things like an iron, hairdryer, smoke mask, yoga mat, and yoga ball. The location is okay.

Getting around is easy: the elevator goes straight to the subway station, where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. The hotel is modern and well located, and the rooms are quiet with modern furnishings. Most guests seemed to be from China, with Western visitors rarely seen. Some staff speak a little English. Breakfast is adequate and aimed more at Asian guests. I'd recommend the hotel.
