Sylvia Huan (?) at the front desk was very helpful. The room was beautiful, and breakfast was nice. It's about 20 minutes from DKU. Be very careful in the shower, though, because it's really slippery. My husband slipped, broke his toe, and sprained his wrist.

Sylvia Huan was especially helpful in arranging taxis for us. The staff were very helpful overall, and we'll definitely come back.

The management is the problem here, with no customer feedback or reviews provided. Service staff and the cold temperature were on the same level as Fairfield Inn. Breakfast was comparable too, but the food and dishes scored only 3 out of 10.

It's not far from the subway, and Kunshan Ecological Park is very close. I had an upgraded room with a perfect view of the park.
