The hotel made package handling easy, and a robot can bring packages or food ordered from outside. Staff were friendly and helpful, and there are restaurants and several large shopping malls nearby. We stayed five days and four nights in Suzhou at Four Points by Sheraton Gusu Suzhou. The building is very new and clean, and the location is perfect, right by an MRT station. Walk a few meters from the exit and you're in the lobby. Our room was quite spacious, enough for parents with two teenage children. The bathroom is fully automatic, with a remote for flushing, the bidet, and the seat warmer. Best of all, there's a free laundry room with two washing machines and two dryers. They provide detergent, so just bring your dirty clothes.

Hi. I was very, very disappointed. This hotel isn't a Sheraton group brand, and the service is bad. The rooms are old-fashioned and nowhere near suitable for four stars, more like a reasonable two. There's no electric converter for guests with European devices, and the restaurant food was frozen. Bad experience, I won't recommend it.
