Hilton Suzhou

Dec 2025, Room 171x Suite. The suite was clean and spacious, with a small living area and TV, plus a kitchen and washing machine. Breakfast had a big spread.

The Metro is just a one minute walk from the hotel, which made getting around easy. I stayed four nights, and the room had plenty of space, a very comfortable bed, and a large walk-in closet. Check-in was quick, friendly, and pleasant. At breakfast, Ocean, I think that was her nickname, was cheerful and friendly every time, with really attentive service. It made the stay more memorable. I'd recommend Hilton Suzhou for either business or leisure. I'm actually coming back next week.

The robot room service was pretty impressive, and the staff were warm, courteous, and helpful with nearby restaurant suggestions and booking cabs to the airport or train stations. Most could speak English. I stayed for a week in a nice room with a good bed, bathroom, and work desk. The breakfast buffet had a good spread, though more vegetarian choices would have been better. English TV channels were limited, and there was no way to watch Amazon Prime or Netflix or cast my phone to the TV.

Subway Line 1 is right by the hotel lobby, which may be handy with so many roads closed for train line construction. Tourist attractions are a bit far away. I had excellent service and a good breakfast. From my room on the 43rd floor, the city view was beautiful, although the decorative panels across the building's facade partly blocked it. Breakfast in the lounge was quieter but had less variety.
