The service was really bad, and they offered no solution to my problem. The air conditioning still makes no sense to me: when I asked for a cooler room, they told me to open the window. That doesn’t make me feel the hotel cares about safety. A very bad hotel.

I brought a group of children, and the rooms were comfortable and very clean. Breakfast had a good range of dishes. There’s also a convenience store beside the hotel where the kids could get simple snacks, ice cream, fruit, or instant noodles. We could use the washing machines and dryer on level 2 for free. It was an excellent experience overall.

The shower temperature kept changing by itself, and that really needs to be fixed. Our standard room, which felt a bit boring, was upgraded to a great family room with two beds, a tent, a Lego desk, and lots of fun things for kids. A cute robot brought things up to the room, including requested bottles, a welcome drink, and takeaway food.

Clean room, friendly staff, and a nice hotel.
