The rooms are on the small side, but everything worked well. Service was very good, and the breakfast was good too, though there weren't many vegetarian choices. Good value for money.

Ben deserves most of the credit for my five-star rating. He arranged our trip from the hotel to downtown Shanghai. I stayed nearly a week and had a good stay: the rooms were comfortable, breakfast was good, and the hotel is very close to SIP.

There was a wide choice of food, and I really liked breakfast. The room wasn't spacious, but it was fine for a quiet business-trip night.

The shopping center is right nearby, handy for walking around and shopping. My room was clean, though the Wi-Fi was unreliable. The restaurant was large and clean, with cleaning service, but the food wasn't anything special. The restroom was clean and had plenty of hot water, but no bathtub.
