The auto-opening and closing toilet lid was a fun touch, and the room and bed were really comfortable. Breakfast had lots of choices, and the service was excellent. It's a modern hotel right beside beautiful Jinji Lake. The only drawback is the location isn't as convenient as staying near Suzhou station. Still, I'll keep it in mind for my next trip to Suzhou.

The room views are incredible, and the rooms themselves are wonderful. The staff are well trained.

The staff were helpful from the time we arrived right through to when we left. Amazing hotel!

We felt welcome throughout our stay at Indigo Hotel by Lake Jinji. The staff went out of their way for us, even helping fix an Alipay setup issue for our teenage son, which we really appreciated. After full days out, the very comfortable room was a great place to relax. Breakfast was another favorite, with plenty of choice and especially delicious fresh pastries. The attentive service, good food, and comfortable stay all went beyond what we expected. Being by Lake Jinji made it easy to unwind and explore the area. I'd happily return and would recommend it to anyone visiting Suzhou.
