For over 10 years, I’ve stayed at the InterContinental Suzhou on business trips, and it’s been a comfortable, pleasant experience each time. The beds are especially comfortable after a long day of work and travel. They also provide good-quality toiletries and have them well prepared. The hotel restaurant’s food is very good, with a nice range and consistent quality over the years. I’d especially like to thank Ms.Helen Wu for her professional, warm hospitality and excellent service. Her attentive help makes each stay more enjoyable. The hotel has kept up a high standard of comfort and service, and I’d gladly stay here again on future business trips.

Views are amazing all around, and shopping centres and restaurants are close by. The staff are professional, polite, and friendly. I found the hotel both cheaper and higher quality than some of the more high-end places in the area. There are lots of options to suit different needs. I’ll definitely be back.

I slept really well here, which is unusual for me in hotels. The beds were super comfortable, the showers had great water pressure, and the generously sized rooms were very well maintained with good amenities. The internet connection worked well internationally, too. Staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help, despite the language barriers. The restaurants served delicious food, although there wasn’t much Western food on offer. The pool happened to be out of service for my whole stay, from check-in to check-out, but I’d imagine that was just a coincidence, so I’m not deducting anything for it. I highly recommend the hotel.

Right by Jinji Lake, the location is amazing, with great rooms and beautiful views. Shops and restaurants are very close, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast and in-room dining had limited choices, though, and could use a few more international options.

I was really pleased with the location and the breathtaking outlook over the lake, a ferris wheel, and the whole city. The hotel has all the essentials and is very comfortable, with impressive features like automated toilets and high-end equipment, including premium bedding. I’d highly recommend it.
