The sheets were clean, and the price is cheap. They offer one free night if you stay for three days, and I can see why. This is supposed to be a five-star hotel, but the staff were very unfriendly, and the new facilities kept breaking down. It was cold even in the lobby. The front desk staff were unfriendly, and the concierge was rude and had no manners. I got trapped in the elevator when it reached the first floor and the doors wouldn't open. The manager sent fruit as an apology, but there was no knife or fork, so I couldn't eat it. The basement spa was extremely expensive. I tried a massage to see if it was any good, but it was terrible, and the staff lacked manners too. It was the worst massage I've had in China, and also the most expensive. There was nothing at all nearby, no public transport, restaurants, or convenience stores. The water pressure was low, which made showering uncomfortable, and the safe was broken, so I couldn't use it properly.

Our group was there for just one night, and the room heating and service were the worst parts of the stay. It was 0 degrees Celsius that day, but the hotel hadn't warmed the rooms before guests arrived. The hot water was electric, and in many rooms it still hadn't reached 30 degrees Celsius after two hours of heating. Some people in our group had to switch rooms three times before the problem was fixed. Even then, the rooms didn't get up to 20 degrees Celsius until early morning. Please keep this in mind if you're planning to stay here.

I visited three years ago. The public facilities weren't all open then, though the room facilities were good. The location was somewhat far from the attractions. At breakfast, I saw the hotel manager (?) ask the chef to serve the cauliflower again because it was overcooked.
