They set the room temperature themselves, no matter how hot it gets.

The renovated interior looks lovely, but the staff don't speak Japanese or English. They couldn't even understand basic English words. Breakfast was very poor, and I don't want to stay here again.

The rooms were clean and nice, and the staff were really friendly. It's a beautiful hotel in a good location.
